FAQ
How many guests can we have?
The venue accommodates a maximum of 30 guests. This includes the couple, guests and any vendors.
How long is the rental?
All bookings include 6 hours of private venue access.
What is required to book?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due on booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. Alcohol is not permitted on the property at any time.
Is there a getting ready space?
Yes. The downstairs bedroom + bathroom may be used for getting ready. Please note: Upstairs is private and not accessible to guests.
What happens if it rains?
We offer a covered patio and an indoor ceremony option with vaulted ceilings, so your event can continue beautifully regardless of weather.
Is the lake part of the venue?
No. The lake is privately owned and not accessible. Guests are not permitted near or in the lake area.
Do you provide tables, chairs or decor?
At this time, the venue is offered as a simple, minimal space. You are welcome to bring in your own items or rentals.
Will someone be on-site during our event?
Yes. A venue host may be present to ensure everything runs smoothly and that all property guidelines are followed.
Can we tour the venue before booking?
Yes. Tours are available by appointment. Please inquire to schedule a time.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own vendors. All vendors must respect the property and venue guidelines.
What is your cancellation policy?
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event remain responsible for the full balance.
